Where are the Villas located in the BVI?
We are on the Western Tip of Tortola.
Are chef services available at the villas?
If you would like a chef, one can be arranged. Please cal Natalie at 284-499-2489.
What are the provisions or shopping services that are available?
We offer a shopping service for you. For example, you can order what you would like to have in the refrigerator on arrival. On your grocery bill we will charge an additional 25% as
a handling fee.
Is it possible to have my wedding or other special event at the villas?
Steele Point, Gestalt, and Blackbeards Cottage are ideal locations for small weddings or special events. If you are interested in getting married on the property we can help you
arrange a small ceremony and reception or an event to suite your needs. Also see more information in the SPECIAL EVENTS section of our site.
Can I get a massage in my room at Steele Point, Gestalt, or Blackbeards Cottage?
Why not enjoy a relaxing in-suite massage? The therapists from SOLE SPA come to the villa on request.
Is housekeeping service provided at the villas?
Housekeeping service is provided 5 days a week, gratuities are appreciated and are at the discretion of the guest.
Does the staff accept tips or gratuities?
Before you depart, our housekeeper, and management staff would be most pleased to receive any tips in recognition of their special efforts.
Are there Hairdryers in the bathrooms?
Yes, each bathroom has a hairdryer. See the rates and reservations page for more information about amenities.
Is there Air Conditioning at the Villas?
Yes, all bedrooms at all three villas are air conditioned.
Is Smoking Permited at the Villas?
Smoking is not permitted in the bedrooms. Ash trays can be found in the kitchen, and you can find many outdoor areas for smoking.
Who do I contact about maintenance requests?
Please contact our Manager, Justin Wilson, phone (284) 496-8884 if anything is not working properly.
What if there is a power outage?
All rooms are equipped with a flashlight. All electrical outlets are 110 V. In the event of a power outage, Steel Point, Gestalt, and Blackbeards Cottage have their own generators that turn on
automatically and turn off automatically, as soon as the voltage is constant again. If you are without power please call management immediately.

Where can I find an ATM or Bank?
Road Town in Tortola has First Caribbean, Chase Manhattan, Bank of Nova Scotia, Banco Popular, and ScottiaBank all with
ATMs. Soppers Hole has one ATM.
Do we need a car and how do we reserve a Car rental?
Yes, a car is a good idea for getting around the island and it can be arranged through our staff. Please call Natalie at 284-499-2489 for assistance.
What beaches are near the Villa?
Smugglers Cove is the closest beach to Steele Point, Gestalt, and Blackbeards Cottage. Long Bay is nearby, and Cane Garden bay is about 15 minutes away on the north shore.
